You can place your order directly by calling our office at 705.223.0374. Our V.I.P. representative will gladly assist you with your order and can answer any questions you may have. Ordering by internet/email/:
For your convenience, you can also place your order by email. Simply contact VIP and let us know which service sector you are interested in and we can help you from there.
We accept personal cheques and money orders. Payment must be included with your order.
Photos required are: 1: Clear and focused black & white or colour photo of the service person in their service uniform. 2: A separate, clear & focused must be in colour photo of the medals/ribbons and any other insignia to be included.
SIZE REQUIREMENTS FOR DIGITAL FILES (email or send us your cd):
For your convience, you can simply email us your digital images. Requirements for digital images are: 1: A clear & focused black & white or colour digital photo with approx. size being 4"x 6" (this size for digital purposes) with a 300 dpi high resolution of the service person in their service uniform. 2: A separate, clear & focused must be in colour digital photo with approx. size of 4" x 6", 300 dpi, of the medals/ribbons, departmental crest (if applicable), and any other insignia to be included. *Note* If you can crop the image to the main subject, this will be much appreciated.

We will send you a confirmation email that we have received your file.
Orders that include an email address will receive a confirmation email that your order has been received. You will also be notified by email when your order is shipped from our office to you. A signature will be required to receive your order.
